•	Basic Care: Spinal Care Workshop
	In the Basic Care: Spinal Care Workshop, you will learn about Network Spinal Analysis™, the Levels of Care, and the goals and expectations of Level 1: Basic Care. You learn how the spine works biomechanically and the proper bio mechanics of lifting. You will learn how to do exercises to reduce stress in the workplace and how to participate more fully in your healing process. You will learn good habits about the do’s and don'ts of spinal care. We will demonstrate how to prepare your spine for sleep, as maximum regeneration and recovery of the spine happens mostly when you sleep. 	Intermediate & Advanced Care: Team Meeting: Time for Education and Sharing Topics include:
		• Goals and expectations of each level of care • Healing vs. curing • Retracing, and perhaps feeling "worse" in Level 2 • Positive quality of life changes, greater wellbeing • Demonstration of Network Adjustment: identifying the different responses seen in Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 of care

•	Patient Appreciation Day / Friends and Family Month and how you can attend
	A Patient Appreciation Day (PAD) / Friends and Family Month is offered at Sun Center for Well Being twice a year. These days are designed for a new patient or practice member to come into our office, learn about Network Spinal Analysis™, receive a consultation, Network Spinal Analysis™ evaluation, your first gentle Network Adjustment and a Report of Findings. This visit is offered for $20. We are so certain our approach will help you, we give you these services valued at $100, so you can experience our unique method at a low cost! To participate, appointments must be scheduled in advance. •	Clear Days
	Clear Days are offered periodically by Sun Center for Well Being. We do these days at a local site where there will be an opportunity between Network Adjustments to enjoy a nature setting. We will provide three Network Adjustments with Somato Respiratory Integration instruction, an experiential group session, a meditation class, lunch, and live music as part of this day. 	The Happy Low-Back Class is offered at Sun Center for Well Being for those people who suffer chronic low back pain and want to participate by doing exercises to stretch and strengthen their low back at home.
